Hing - 1/2 Tsp. Eno Fruit Salt - Salt to Taste Method: 1. Take instant oats in a mixie jar and grind it to a fine powder. 2. Add it to a mixing bowl, and then add curd, salt and water until a smooth batter is formed. 3. Heat a pan, and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, green chillies and hing. 4. Fry it for 30 seconds until the mustard seeds pop. 5. Add the tempering to the idli batter and mix it well. 6. Grease the idli mould with oil and pour the batter into the mould. 7. Heat a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water, and place the idli moulds inside once the water starts to boil. 8. Steam it for 10 minutes on high flame. 9. Once done, remove the idli mould and let it cool for 5 minutes before demoulding. These two breakfast recipes are not only healthy but also delicious.
